Utilize the payment center to view invoices and initiate the payment process

    Proceed to View My Bill. You will need the 10 digit invoice code, the resident number, and the last name of the resident. If you need these items, please contact onsite community staff.

  • Payment Processing

    Frontier Management partners with Elavon to provide our residents and their families the convenience of online payment

  • Refund Request

    Please send an email to REFUNDS@frontiermgmt.com or call Frontier Management at 503.443.1818. Please include your community name/resident information and an explanation for your request.

    Once Frontier Management receives your refund request, our team will begin reviewing the request and will send you an email confirming that we have received your inquiry and are reviewing your request. Please allow 5 business days for us to process your request.

    Once we have reviewed and a decision has been made we will send you a follow up email with our decision and if your return request has been processed. If approved, the funds will be refunded using your original method of payment.
    Please note, that once the return has been processed it may take up to 5 days for the funds to be available with your financial institution and show on your bank statement.
